EVP Ghost Recorder ("the app") is made by John Jerde. This policy explains what happens to your information.
The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
The app uses the microphone only while you are recording. Recordings, session details, markers, ratings, tags and notes are stored only on your device and are never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes this data. If you export a recording or log, you choose where it goes using the iOS share sheet.
The optional Pro upgrade is processed by Apple. We receive no payment or personal information; the app only checks with Apple whether Pro has been purchased on your Apple Account.
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
